Yes. Other than stories from other Niji people about the visits the only sign of her presence on the internet is that her PL twitch account got updated with a note that it is retired and any social media accounts under the name are impostors.
People are speculating that lack of any activity means she's set up to surface as VShojo later down the line, but so far that's pure guesswork fueled by Mouse's comment right after graduation and more recent gushing-about-Nina moment. Could be that it comes true, could be that she'll reappear as an Indie, could be she's gone for good, only time will tell.

That's not a thing in this case, you can find examples from indies to corporate people in basically every year in basically every branch. Putting that aside I'm pretty sure all of the Vshojo stuff is just a meme people tricked themselves into believing that then later had unrelated "hints" from members being treated as proof. Nah, and I say this as someone who doesn't even hate her (don't care for the rest of the Niji shit she did, but some of her retro playthroughs have been comfy), but she has neither made enough money during her Niji stint that she'd be set for life now and wouldn't have to work anymore, nor does she have any particularly outstanding professional skills that'd make going back into a normie job career more worthwhile and attractive than just continuing to do what she knows, i.e. trying to give the streamer thing another shot.

It's basically certain she'll resurface somewhere sooner or later. As others have said, currently she's taking/planning some vacations, but whatever leftover money she's using for those will run out eventually, and that's when (if it wasn't already planned in the first place and she's just waiting out some non-compete or whatever) she'll come back to streaming because like everyone who's gotten a taste of the easy "just sit in front of the computer a few hours per day talking or playing games, and with enough of an audience they'll fund your lifestyle" eceleb game will find that too alluring to actually stay away from and having to actually work a real job. Again, I'm not even hating because if she plays some good old games I might even like to tune in occasionally.

So it's less of a question of "if" but "when", and maybe where / in what form (vtuber or fleshstreamer, solo indie or slot into some existing friend group or even go to some corp officially, etc.)

This means "more than just EN and more than just 2023". Yuya, Moruru, Setsuna, Ikasumi, I believe Song Mia or one of the other cute girl KR's, Gunmichi who is the bar-none definitive proof now that I think about it, I think ZEA, and if you really wanna stretch the definition by including people who are actively streaming on their other personas outside of just vtubing ala Noel as part of a non-compete clause then the list goes into the 30 or maybe even 40s... but that's a different argument entirely as it's unrelated to vtubing for the most part.

Again, it's just not a thing. This isn't really a defense, it's just there's no reason to believe it other than newfags on /vt/ told you so. Mysta's a bit surprising since he apparently made this decision a while ago, but he may have been afraid of getting caught planning a model or something in the meantime. Vesper clearly didn't make the decision until very close to his leaving date, and it would be several months to get a new one. And if you can afford a new, high-end model then why not get one? That fad is now pretty much dead, western vtuber market is fully matured and stable at a level much lower than its covid high. Streaming is literally one of the best jobs in the world in terms of money made for the effort put forth. The problem being that making money as a streamer and finding an audience is incredibly difficult. She already completed that step and will have an audience again as soon as she reappears, so she would have to be incredibly stupid to ignore that to go do something like wait tables for 1/100th the pay and 100x the effort.
