I think if you're honest with yourself you'll acknowledge this is her wish and she needs it. Hololive never fulfilled all her dreams, and she wishes she could've done more -- but it's just that, wishes.
Just get it out somehow. Read some books, watch some Anime, listen to some songs, watch some epic plays -- anything to help you probe and increase your understanding of human stories and emotion.

Use some sea shanties. They're surprisingly good for dealing with loss.
Ubisoft hired some great talent when they recorded shanties.

People tend to forget from treating her like holoJesus for so long, but she's still just human. Even with things as bad as they got it already took her a very long time with no change in the status quo until she made the final decision, so I don't think it's unreasonable to assume she would have compromised in a certain points and stayed in hololive in a different, less shitty timeline.

It probably did, ages ago. She's already successful and had been in this business for two years. Stop deluding yourself that she's quitting because Hololive didn't fulfilled her dreams.
