Well, lets go with the nice things first: nice audio changes, the first video really helped you with that it seems, now the quality is a lot better than last time.
The gameplay was almost always smooth. Even if sometimes it seems not that difficult, you should take pride in the fact that you had a better than average gameplay.
You were capable of staying almost two and a half hours talking and there were not that many long pauses (5-10 seconds of vtuber silence) and, when these happened, they didnt feel out of place, Good Job.
You also were capable of doing the essential "small-talk streamer" that sometimes chuubas forget is vital.

Now, onto the mid and easily improvable things: confidence, a lot more of, mostly to help with the pace and avoid those "uhm..." silence moments, also to avoid so much "sorry" "um sorry for ESL" "idk the word sorry" and all of that, it gets tiring.
Related to the confidence is a consistency in voice tone, so theres not that much to say.

lastly, the worst things left: lack of audio from the game, or at least music or some other background noise.
the fact that it was not a stream made it awkward after a certain point.
there was a noticeable lack of really interesting topics.

i think you could add an extra frame when his head is moving back to its start position.
you don't need to draw in a new frame, just copy and paste the first in-between frame again (I'm not sure if that will actually look good but try it and post results)

Around 25 with almost no networking or pre-debut stuff. I just continued streaming around 4 times a week, improving my setup, trying new games etc.
It took me 3 months total to reach 100 followers. I gained them both steadily and in bursts, the latter through chatters who linked me to their friends/discords or through semi-random raids.
