If we talked about talent for singing only than my choice is risu. Not my oshi but she has the most potential among all hololive, she seems to born with those "diva voice" and while not being the best at voice control she is still able to produce an amazing voice, there are a lot of room to grow here. But the music industry is not about singing only there is also music production, creative mind, yada yada yada. There is a lot of things she seems to lack simply because she is not as experience as the other holo girl. But then again she rarely do karaoke and she seems to be the poorest hololive member which makes it hard for her to further increase her music career.

This is just a thread to see how many people try and avoid mentioning Suisei, IRyS, Risu or AZKi, otherwise it'd have way more posts. Personally I think Suisei has it all, but as a few other people have mentioned some holos have very unique and soulful voices even if they may not be the most technically proficient, like Towa, Kanata and Polka. You could add Moona, Gura, Bae, Marine and Watame in there as well.

That question is too subjective to answer. Different people enjoy different ways of singing. A technically proficient but demure singer could be compared to an untamed but emotional one and they could both be considered on the same level depending on who you ask. And that's not even touching on the different settings. The best singer in a studio isn't necessarily going to be the singer in karaoke. Nor are they guaranteed to be the best performer on stage. So if you want an actual objective answer, you are going to have to narrow down the question to specific styles and venues, otherwise you're just going to have dozens of names thrown at you.

Moom is my oshi and my favorite because seeing her grow has been a rewarding experience, so watching her sing is addicting for me. Out of every Holo, I get the most enjoyment watching Mumei sing so she is the best singer (for me).
Besides her, the immediate runner-up is Polka. That funny fennec is not afraid to experiment with songs or change up her voice midsong; you can tell she's having fun with it and that energy is infectious. Helps that she has a powerful voice and isn't afraid to use it.

I love how she does her pitched up voice while speaking, but switches to her real voice to sing. A rich professional singer, you can really tell she loves music. She isn't my oshi. Pekora is. She did a rendition of Takarajima too, (they all did), but Watame's is just about perfect and maybe better than the original. I think it is. And I love the original.
