As far as I know Suisei isn't trying to funnel people to her RM account, is a great collab partner, liked idols before turning into a vtuber, and never drinks nor consumes drugs. there's no legitimate reason to hate her, she's always polite and professional at least and genuinely hilarious and easygoing at most, and never gets into drama and just kind of does her own thing without really bothering anyone. at worst you may feel turned off by her confident attitude or think she's overrated as a singer, all completely valid, but that's about it. nearly everytime someone tries to make drama out of her it's by twisting something completely reasonable or mundane into something it's not, taking things out of context, or straight up lying (like that one fake clip they uses to post around here), so people have an easy time defending her even if they're not a big fan of her.

personally i'm all for it. but also remember everyone thought aqua was a completely unbeatable supreme god in mario kart until suisei arrived, then everyone thought suisei would win it twice in a row easily until okayu showed up, (she ended reclaiming it but that's unrelated).
point is, these girls like competition and everything's possible. one of them taking it seriously enough is all it takes.
