I’m not looking for a job there, i’m just genuinely curious because it seems very closed-circuit. Specifically i’m wondering about managers, customer service, financial officers, marketers, and other regular business-necessary jobs. Not artists, or talent.

From what it looks like on linkedin a lot of the backend people came from other entertainment industry jobs like advertising firms, media companies, game companies, traditional entertainment etc.

If they're outside of Japan it's by having a cute voice and an ugly face. If they were attractive they'd be regular e-girls.

Once you look at the compensation it seems far less attractive than it sounds.

Still fairly closed in the sense that you have to have a background in certain industries to have an advantage. Jap for example looks like he came from being a Bus Dev/Sales guy for a game company before Hololive. I imagine he'd have a much harder time getting in if he was say a Bus Dev/Sales guy from a Tech company or a Consumer Product firm.

You go to the website, see the job openings, and apply to them. Kind of like any other job.
https://www.anycolor.co.jp/recruit
Anycolor also hires a whole bunch of university graduates every year when all the students in Japan graduate. It's a common thing for the japanese job market where theres mass hiring of graduates at large corporations in the season when they all graduate college. They had 24 graduate positions this year.
