You sweet fucking summer children. The poor soul needs ONLY 3 IMPLANTS, god I fucking wish. Be born with wrong dental occlusion and boom, you'll lose half of your teeth by 30. In my case it was too bad to be fixed with braces from the start, the only way is to go through a surgery where they'll move my lower jaw forward and harden it with metal plates. It requires a shit ton of money, preparation period which requires braces anyway, hours of surgeon's work, recovery period when you can only drink through a straw for several weeks, then probably years of braces again. And I'll still have to replace my missing teeth afterwards. I'm 26 and have 6 or 8 teeth missing, keep forgetting. Some others are broken beyond repair too. And I lost most of them at like 20. At this point I think I'm better off just not eating nuts ever again and shoving all my fruits and vegetables in a blender forever rather than going through the surgery.

Honestly you don't know true relief until you get your teeth checked. One of my four wisdom teeth remained under the gum forever. Put up with it for a year, made the money, got it removed, and since then I've experienced the wonders of eating whilst chewing on both sides.

I went years without brushing my teeth (often enough) and I didn't go to the dentist either, when I was a NEET. When I finally decided to try and turn my life around, the dentist was one of the first things I had to go do and I was extremely embarrassed. The lady had to get a notepad so she could jot down all my calories. There was like 24 in total.

But they fixed everything up. Now I feel fine and you can't even notice. Made me feel like a fucking retard for worrying so much about it.
