It is kinda shitty to see them pretending to play those instruments. They should learn how to really do it.
Or pick the best dancers in hololive, put them to learn how to dance with professional dancers, and create a unit specialized in dancing.

The real opportunity they're missing out on is new male gens with better integration into the wider female community of Hololive. I know there's some concern over a tiny, highly-vocal minority regarding female/male collabs but there could be a whole hidden market in it that we just don't know about. I'm think two gens, five males a piece, with strict enforced Collab mandates for all female talents. Really could bring on the big bucks.
