It's not even bait. Enna has a lot of vocal prowess and is a pretty damn talented singer. Her problem is she's lazy and likes slower lower songs instead of showing off just how much she can do. Her concert is one of the only archived things that comes close to showing off what she can do. She has incredible breath control and there is honest to god no comparison between her and IRyS.
IRyS has the better personality out of the two but the only other person who even comes close to being able to match Ennas abilities is unironically Millie who rarely sings but also has an archived concert that shows just how good she can be if she tries

Unfortunately that has to do as much with cover as anything. Cover doesn't want experimental stuff unless you're mori. (No offense to the deadbeats of course) IRyS herself even gets tired of the stuff they make her sing but I guess its the price you pay for being a vsinger like I love suisei but I'm gonna be honest. First, let me preface by saying thread is fucking terrible and most of you should kill yourself, numberfags first and foremost, you're worse than ennaschizo.

Answer is, aside from songs themselves being mid, it's an issue of 1)exposure and 2)output.
1)Time and time again management fucked her over. Her and her original songs, by doing absolutely 0 promotion. Usually you tease something couple weeks in advance, you post shorts, some catchy snippet from the chorus, something. Nope, when new song is out, we found out about it from IRyS saying, on some regular stream, "Oh, btw, manager-san just said there's a new song coming out tomorrow, please check it out". And the next day there will be a song. Just there. If we're lucky, it even got a bare minimum effort MV - static picture with camera panning over it and subtitles. Great, that's a sure way to promote your artist and songs.
2)She's not releasing a lot of songs. Even with that terrible management, if she released more songs, the word of mouth would get around. Like, "yeah, you don't know beforehand when the new song comes out, but it won't be long, and this girl sings really well, you should check her ou-" NOPE. EP here, EP there, couple singles, we're done, no new songs. Momentum forever lost, it's over. Say what you want about Mori, but that girl WORKS. If only IRyS had even half of that determination to plow through any shit life throws at her.

Oh, quality improved dramatically too. Her last EP is great, go give it a listen. But taste is subjective, of course, you can say all her music is shit and I can't prove you wrong.
Working hard is by far not the only argument about Mori, but it's only one relevant to what we're talking about. She had it hard too, she's busy with streams too, management fucked her over too, and she has diehard antis, unlike IRyS, but she's still regularly making music, despite all that. And it's paying off - jigoku6 is a huge success.

It goes deeper than that, even.
Why specifically 2%? Anycolor funded their entire merch production. In contrast Cover had talents shell out real capital to make merch in addition of putting way more effort to get their merch idea accepted.
Holofags are literally salty about this and coping about individual talents needing entrepreneurship (not incorrect however) to have successful merch sales.
Niji livers had way less input and had to work less to get a merch. But this is also why Niji have legit merch yab like recently because Ricuck is a greedy jew. Fuck him and fuck Anycolor.
