Hololive isn't really a normal "company" though. Streaming is a lot more intimate, and every "employee" they have are a lot more valuable to them compared to a multinational MNC hiring and firing low level wagies at will.
And A-chan mentioned that she's pretty much that she's pretty much the resident tard-wrangler when it comes to the girls' problems, so I feel like she would've had a lot of power to assist Coco if she had issues with management.

It could also be that Coco was afraid that A-chan would actually be able to talk her out of it perhaps. Once people decide on something, they tend to stick with it.
