The streaming schedules of two employees who work for the same company. Is this fair? Bonus points if you guess which one earns more money.

It is if the company in question allows it?

No
This isn't exclusive to vtubers though, you can literally check any company and realise that a lot of the people, especially management don't do shit.

People keep brining up the same argument for Mori, just because you churn out mountains of shit they won't magically turn into something else

Not only that, it's very common in the entertainment industry to have wildly varying working hours and payment methods. It's not "fair" at any level.

>hurr it's not fair how some people are more popular than others
you sound like one of those bitches who complains that pewdiepie makes more money than an engineer or whatever

>Is this fair?
Why are you fags always talking about how fair things are?
Some people are just inherently poised to succeed no matter what they do.

Yes. Mandatory streams are only contractually required for the 1st year. After that the talents are free to decide for themselves for much/little they stream. Whether Gura wanted to stream as much as Kaela or if Kaela wanted to stream as little as Gura, both are completely fine with Cover as long as they do what Cover requires them to do AKA not stream, but shill merch, idol stuff, recordings, etc.

There are indies that stream for 6-8 hours a day like it's a job, and they are still 1 or 2view. Life isn't fair, yes, congratulations, you figured it out.

This isn't even a workplace issue gura's just popular. Pekora has the same amount of popularity and streams constantly, it's of Kaela's own volition to stream this much. Maybe it's not fair but neither is anything in the entertainment industry, most popular people usually don't deserve the amount of success they get.

To be fair, Kaela was going to play 18 hours of games regardless. All she's doing is monetizing her gamer girl life style.

>fair
what is "Fair" to you? Do you think that popularity/success is merely a "If I stream 30 hours I should get 30x what someone who streams 1 hour gets" equation? What about oversaturation? Plenty of places I've worked had people who took 3-4x the time to complete the same task as others, should they be paid 4x the amount just because they were slow to do it? What is fairness? Should all outcomes be equal regardless of effort or results? What a dumb post.

Is winning a lottery fair? I just don't pay any attention to it. The ones I support are all hard workers.
