How? They all stream in NA prime time or just before it because that's where vast majority of the audience is. They stick to their slot because that way people who want to watch streams live can make arrangements. As a yuropoor who has to wake up at 4am for Shiori streams myself I prefer to have a consistent slot in the middle of the night to a schedule that is all over the place. All of Advent probably discussed it and picked their slots so as not to overlap each other too much. It's the neat way to do things that corpos figured out over the years. You don't need mane-san to force it, it just makes sense to do it.

The manager's and talents have access to a giant list of perms they all have access too. As accidentally leaked by the resident retard dingo from Stars so it just takes a manager or the talent to CTRL+F the game perms, and if it doesn't show up, request it.
If a girl ever says it takes 2-3 weeks to find out if they have perms for X game, they're lying through their teeth.
