Is anyone going to tell them this is not the half of the problem they should be addressing? The problem is that they hired a minor in the first place. Minors are fucking stupid and will do stupid shit. They also get a bunch of really specific but simultaneously vague legal protections. The result is that she will do a bunch of random stuff that fucks up your company real bad, and when they try to sue her (or vice versa), there's a completely random chance she gets a free pass through and they can't do shit about it and have to pay her a bunch of money. This would be bad enough in a regular industry, but they are in the entertainment industry which is notorious for having fuzzy and unclear laws set mostly by precedent, and a budding sector of it at that.
