The issue of course is that Nijisanji never had a reference image or goal for what their talents should be. It started mostly safe with Lazusydia, went a different way with Ethyria, jumped the shark with Luxiem, was more of the same with Noctyx but to a lesser degree thankfully, and Iluna/XSOLEIL were mostly just fans of the latter two male waves.
NijiEN management is just fine to let them flounder so long as they can collect money from them at the end of the day. They'll only step in when they feel like their reputation can be so damaged that it will impact their ability to get sponsorships, like what presumably happened to Finana.

I dont get why they (Hololive, Nijisanji and every fucking corpo included) do not beat talents until they realise the debut will set the tone of your career for a long time.
Lets say you are into shibari, if mention it in your debut then you will 100% be the shibari vtuber for a looooong ass time. If you mention it after a few months that you like tying women up it will not have as large of an impact even if a clipnigger makes a clip out of it.
This is why the best tip is "just be urself lmao (with some filter)" is the best debut strategy.
