As someone that's watched her every time, the answer is this.
She wanted to wait for her cough to go away so she could do a karaoke opening, however her dry cough is still persisting so she gave up on the idea and is deciding something new.
Now that she's probably decided it, it's on her schedule for next week, the knighthood ceremony, which also relates to her membership tier names being Page, Bookwyrm and NovelKnight. Very medieval theme'd, especially since page acts as a pun to her whole book theme too.
