That's too broad anon. Most of them seem to enjoy interacting with fans, but in different way and with different caveats. If you just want full-on love and adoration, I'd go with Fuwamoco, Shiori or Nerissa. (They're still in the honeymoon phase though, so who knows how they'll be in 6 months.)
Personally I think Fauna loves her fans a lot, but she also strives to maintain a professional distance to prevent feelings from getting hurt. Haven't watched too much Bae or Ina, but they seem similar.

Recently she had a karaoke and a collab the next day at 6am. Instead of ending early to get some sleep she had over an hour of post-karaoke talk.
She regularely interacts with her fans on twitter both with likes and retweets but also by talking to them.
And she has hired several of her fans for projects of hers.

Amelia probably likes them to a degree, but keeps the boundaries up. She does enjoy interacting with them.
Fauna doesn't like them and considers the fan/chuuba experience to be more of a business transaction.
IRyS probably doesn't mind them, but doesn't explicitly like them either. Very neutral.
