The promotion of this album has been bungled in every way, but the worst offender has to be completely shafting the best songs.
Most people here already were doomposting about Pineapple and it turned out exactly as was feared, being the promo song.
100+k views in 1 day is pretty normal but I suspect it's gonna fall off soon because the main driver for music views is actual enjoyment since that's what makes people actually loop repeatedly. Maybe women brains somehow enjoy this song much more and will push it but if you look at the reactions to the whole album from a few days ago, even those that didn't outright HATE Pineapple (which were a lot) pretty much ignored it in favor of the bangers.

If you're a casual and seeing this, you naturally assume the album is all like that, and you sure as hell aren't going to hear her go "g-guys the album has a lot of different genres, t-there's a lot of variety" in one or two random streams. Nothing concrete. The closest she came was floating the idea of Fallout 76 (yeah...) with Ame. Other than that, while she's aware of some western rpgs as chat and mamatori have given her some recommendations, it seems very far down on her priority list.
But who knows, maybe because she's enjoying BG3 now she'll be more open to try other games of the genre in the future and just needed a starter push to show her it's not all bad and something she potentially likes.
