I'm personally advocating for Gura to do as she wants, not for shorter or longer streams. Of course if longer streams retain quality and interest it is better, but life is not that simple. She said she needed to find a balance, meaning there are other things that are important to her and streaming for longer periods of time would prevent her from doing those things. Either that or she doesn't want to stream longer because you know.. she doesn't want to. Both of those things drive down the happiness and with happiness the quality of the streams. Besides that, "striking a balance" is also important when appeasing the fans. Having one stream a month (lets ignore the contract) would leave a lot of people unhappy. Also personally i'd rather have 3 6/10 streams a week than a 10/10 stream once a month.
All of that is ignoring any potential mental issues she might have.
