God, I wish that my work flow and work ethic were such that I could bang out a decent audition vid in just 5 minutes. Even so, I'll shoot my shot. Even if it's a long shot in the dark, you miss 100% of the shots you don't take, so I'll shoot for the moon. Or something, I don't know. Its best if you have a collab idea in mind before asking. Find somebody you like and has interests that you can vibe with. If you are at least acquaintances with somebody, don't have a bad reputation, have similar numbers as your collab partner, and are flexible in scheduling your chances of them accepting are very high. I don't think I have ever been turned down for a collab after asking.

Then look for somebody who would be interested and talk to them. All of that "I'm too scared to talk to them" stuff is garden variety anxiety and no advice other than "go to therapy" will get you over it.

I use it to filter out the high pitch beep sound from some gay ass little frogs that ruin everything I record and when I can stream too. It will kill your mic audio quality a bit due to it filtering out sound, but it beats having wildlife take a shit on your audio. Sometimes I wish I didn't live in a shitty rural town.

Look, I don't claim to have good taste, but here's some picks of what I spend my time on when it comes to YT.

I like creativity in spontaneous humor, Internet Historians second channel is hilarious because of how well he meshes with his friends and create these ridiculous thought experiments. They make me smile and I think it's something that I'm trying to approximate when it comes to having fun with collab partners. So both fun and educational in a way. I like Cold Ones because chad and max have incredible chemistry and also are unhinged enough to go far enough but not so far that the more squeamish part of me would stop watching. prezoh's editing is top notch too i've seen him do stuff for other channels. Pick any video, but the product testing ones are pretty classic can't go wrong with those, or pick an alcohol one if you wanna see people get wasted.

I'm going to half-way tell you who I am with the next pick, but ranton is a personal favorite because of the unhinged editing and jokes he comes up with, reminds me of a more juvenile time on youtube. I don't care much for the reviews, I think he's more lukewarm on his opinions, but his dedication to above and beyond for just the most asinine joke is something that I can appreciate (at it makes me piss my pants). Again pick any video even the non video game ones are fine, but here you go with a random one. Extra fun for any germans or chinese viewers because he likes to incoporate those languages as well. If you have a good measure of confidence and some basic social skills, approaching someone for a collab could by itself be a way of making friends.

Sure, you might not vibe, but it's incredibly rare for that to go worse than just "meh". And the few times when you click with someone? Worth it.

Just make sure you do your reps to have at least an idea of what's the vibe, content, etc of vtubers you approach.

Trying to sort the current ECW roster. Some of these categories are very flippy and some are forced a little by their current tag teams. Not pictured: gumpai with Denpa and Lava in I dunno. I guess technically kankruo would be a face if we keep the tag trios together.

Some of these could easily move after the tournament ends and a champion is named. Also as new names are added to the roster. Does anything look out of place?

While I have played most of these games myself, I'd never list them as my favorites. A lot of them are just time-wasters that feed your brain slop so you keep going. I'm not enlightened by any means I still probably have more time wasted on these shitty games than this person but I wished I never started playing games like League or WoW. WoW is an extremely immersive universe, for me. I wish it was real, and I was born there. Plus, the soundtrack is great.

LoL was the game I played the most growing up (free and on PC, my parents despised gaming and never supported me), so I am very attached to the characters, and it is thanks to LoL I love playing video games now.

That's fair. I have always loved the Warcraft universe, I can still recall most of the timeline / events and characters from Warcraft 2 / 3 leading up to current day and I loved all the little bits and pieces of lore come alive in that game. But I could have very easily just skipped a couple years of actually playing that game and do something worthwhile. Besides Blizzard kinda running the universe into the ground soured my memories a little bit. I'll always love my paladin though, and I had some of my greatest times back in the BC / Wotlk era.

League of Legends is a game i still play to this day, although I wished I wasn't. It's actually kinda Zen for me because I've done it for so long. It's a fun game for me still, but like with WoW I wished it didn't eat up 10+ years of my life, and i'm not even Challenger to show for it.

I definitely let those games take control of me so I'm glad you are more in charge. I clawed my way back from hell and I have a lot less toxic relationship with games now. Maybe we could do a warcraft lore nerding out collab, i miss the universe.
