Agree with what >>57306219 said, and I even tested the gesture myself. From my observation, the thumb is a bit too short, could be just me but I can cover the entire first pinky joint with it comfortably, tho that does smush the palm a bit. An indication of a joint on the thumb also wouldn't hurt.
Also, try to play a bit with the positioning of the pointer, middle and ring fingers, for myself they rarely look that nicely in line. I know it's a drawing, but just wanted to point that out.
The view angle also seems a bit off, it looks, at least to me, that it's turned outwards and I just couldn't do that with my wrist to hide the pinky behind the other fingers like that.
I'd also extend the upper part of the palm above the thumb just a tiiiiny bit, seems a bit smooshed to my eye.

You are going fairly stylized so hard to say but aside from the hands, things that stick out: your hands seem to emerge and overlap the forearm without much of a wrist. The forearm also has no taper or indication of forearm muscles. There's not much indication of delts, pecs, or traps which makes the shoulders/neck a little under defined. The strap on the left is quite straight and if it's contouring to the breast we should see it change shape as it descends. The upper border of the dress is also quite straight, in theory is should be curving to allow for the breasts. If that's her tricep we are seeing on the right we should be seeing her pec/breast overlapping it somewhat. Her body contour on the right is a little confusing. Are we seeing her scapula/back muscles in addition to her ribcage? Usually that sharp angle in this view is the transition between the oblique/hip and the ribcage, but it seems quite high here. Also if you try to outline the breasts under the dress they don't quite make sense.

Slightly, but there are some deeper issues here. First question is: are you drawing from reference? My guess is no, because there's so many things that are a bit unnatural here. Basically, find a good reference, draw it somewhat realistically a few times, then come back to a simplified stylization. Hands are very hard but drawing them from imagination is 10 times harder. I used to think learning anime style would be easier than going for semirealism or realism but I find it harder. It's not always obvious how artists are simplifying things and still look good.

Do not reference from stylized art. The anatomy is just wrong. Intentionally wrong a lot of the time but especially as a beginner you are making a copy of a copy. Also, your hand looks nothing like that reference! In the reference the handle is held between the thenar eminence and the fingertips, and the proximal interphalangeal joints are forming the highest point for the most part. The flat line forming the metacarpophalangeal joints is one of the most jarring aspects of your rendition.

Your tablet software should have a pressure sensitivity adjustment setting where you can practice your strokes as well. What you want to do is yeah, practice making straight horizontal and vertical lines.

For horizontal lines you want to swing your forearm using your elbow as the pivot, while for vertical ones you have to bring your entire forearm down. Make sure your pen tip just glides along the surface, and not presses into it, and just keep making lines until you get the result you want - then remember that and make a conscious effort to replicate the same conditions. Avoid using wrist motions as much as possible, since using your arm instead would help you draw longer and more consistent strokes.
