Yes, and yes. (Assuming your oshi is Fauna.)
She's talked about getting fan letters from mane-chan and that she reads every one of them. She cares a lot about her fans. Think of it this way: Only your strongest supporters will bother sending an actual physical letter to you. She will not have to spend time to figure out a reply or plan stream time for it, so it makes it way easier than something like a superchat.
