I've been using yt-dlp till now (started using it just to download audio clips without downloading 8hrs of video) and have had occasional issues that fucked my archives. Specific to Twitch, there's a bug with ad breaks' audio sample rate fucking up the syncing of the stream audio and I've had to use --fixup never to prevent that (I think I still had a video act funny despite using that command)
I think people tend to recommend a different program for Twitch stuff but I'm new to Twitch and haven't really looked into it
