If you're not comfortable or don't want to do BFE then you don't have to at all. You can have yumes/gachis/etc without doing it just fine. Just continue talking about the things you love, show appreciation for your audience, be understanding to your audience, and maybe throw a few vague crumbs out there to let yumes know it's safe for them to love you. Trust me, you don't have to kiss the mic every stream, but there's no harm in doing something subtle like for example, telling a story about a sweater you used to own and saying "do you think you could fit into a sweater that big? What you don't realize is that everyone's kamioshi here has debuted around a time when male vtubers were a lot more rare, so it's more like we tolerate/put up with female collabs because there weren't any options of guys that don't collab with them. It's difficult to drop an oshi you've been with for a long time, and you're even less likely to drop them because there's not many other males out there. Now that more options are popping up, we have more of a choice. Let's take those Prism boys for a perfect example. The moment they decided to raid their coworkers and suggest their new audience that want to watch the boys check out the girls instead, the audience has the option to drop them. If this were a few years ago with fewer male vtubers, it wouldn't have been the case.

You also have to remember that the ones who leave do so quietly. You might have been right a few years ago, but it goes to show now that there's more competition out there, and I'm going to choose the boy that doesn't collab with girls.
