I was quite interested to hear the "tea" about managers. Her statement that Enma was an individual manager seems to contradict what Ina had in mind for the character, but then again Kiara was never quite on the same page there. Marine and Aqua had maybe a handful of public interactions with Ina and Gura. They may be friends behind the scenes, but there was no long standing non-management mandated public evolution of their relationship like there was between Subaru, Kiara and Reine which would later include Moom and Lui. Everything they did before the official nod was done themselves and their successes so far are their own making.
Maybe if all the members of Umisea focused on a public friendship first, then making a unit it all wouldn't feel so artificial.

She discovered that when other people aren't forcing her to treat the game like a stupid chaotic party game there tons of shit that appeals directly to her and is having a lot more fun and much more invested, she's forgetting how much time is passing by. Also she's a rare player going in blind that's true to character not just wanting the best outcomes every time, the leap in quality is truly staggering and it would be a better playthrough for her solo, but if she can bring at least half of this tardwrangling in the collab it will be good.
I feel like she's had more consistent CCV than I'm used to seeing this stream too, I'm not enough of a numberfag to compare, but I would theorize people who were lost on the story yesterday are using Kiara as an actual intro to the game.

This. The game is so full of jank that some savescumming is basically mandatory just to get a feel for how the game actually works.

Once I tried picking up an object but accidentally clicked on a firewine barrel that was 1 pixel to the right of what I wanted to click on, causing my character to attack the barrel, which turned a nearby NPC irrevocably hostile (not even the "temporarily hostile" you normally get when you commit crimes). That's the sort of thing I mean when I say jank. If the game were designed better savescumming wouldn't be needed.
