Most likely, Vesper and Magni are not agreeing to something with new management and because they aren't agreeing to it, they will be locked out of their accounts until they do or they quit.
Japanese companies are notorious for not terminating employees and just not giving them the ability to work so they quit on their own.

Also as to what I think happened myself, he fought with management again and Magni got involved this time too trying to use himself as a human shield for Vesper, miscalculated what that would accomplish and also got the bullet. We can't say if they are fired or not but the gag order of silence on the subject and nobody anywhere coming and clearing the air that these guys aren't at fault and it's something external has not happened. We know for fact Cover will clear the air if they think people are ragging on a talent unfairly (including ENs i.e Kronii) but they have not bothered to correct the jeering and assumptions here they are in trouble or fired. They have had more than enough time to do so and must be more than aware this spectacle is casting a gloom over the Stars but have said nothing.

We know for actual fact vesper seems to have it rough with management since last November, and we also now know that this was right around the time period there was a big shakeup in EN management in the background. IIRC that time period was where holoEN had like 0-1 streams per day for much of the week going and people were fucking furious about it here daily. Remember that? Maybe Cover noticed.

That base salary is like $200 a month (Kanata said as much), it's a techical wage sort of like how waiters get like $2 an hour, probably done for some loophole in Japanese laws or something.
