My chinese not perfect, i read those as "star tribe" and "star city".
Chinese fans also seem to have slang words for Holo members, for examples Subaru is nicknamed 486, which when read in mandarin, sound like "Su-ba-ru.", while Sora is nicknamed "Sky Mom."
