A noble from Polarian lands west of the capitol called Candia. Reputed for having a sweet tooth due to her land being the center of sweet-making, she is also rather childish at a first glance earning her the nickname "Zero-Year Old Princess". Despite that however, she is extremely talented at music with the piano, often seen performing at social gatherings. In addition, she knows anima and holy magic herself, but she is really dependent on her LuKnight entourage to protect her at all times. She yearns to be taken more as a woman instead of a child in more ways than one. She is very infamous for her lack of stamina, a short trip to a neighboring town is enough to tire her for a good while. She has been working on improving this flaw just recently.

Me personally I think it works pretty well as a bio for Luna, not too familiar with the setting itself though.
Luna's main characteristics boil down to

In that order of importance, it's kind of odd to think of her as a noble woman as opposed to a monarch though I've always preferred the idea of Luna as an absolute ruler, I guess my main question regarding that would be if Luna is characterized as the actual descendant of a line of nobility of whom she's been named for. It might be beneficial to consider the "baby" aspect of Hime to be a kind of genetic condition which might explain her lack of stamina which is probably due to the fact that she's asthmatic and why she's under such protective guardianship by the Luknights. Her lack of stamina and child like traits might also be caused by a lack of nutrition due to an overly indulgent candy diet from being spoiled at a very young age.

Luna fits the setting HARD. Same with Noel, Marine, Shion, Temma and Oga. Because I find the Candyland name a bit unfitting for the setting, I renamed it Candia, where sweets is their main sauce of income. A candy-filled diet could actually be possible cause for her stamina issues. Overall, good dissection, thanks.

Yeah, body armor would be common and use similar manufacturing chains as Daemon armor plating, meaning it is grown by using modified crustacean genomes. Cheaper models would take the form of mineralized plates of lobstered (literally) armor, usually made of some ceramic-metal matrix connected by sections of flexible material composesd of a mesh of bulletproof fibers. These would be created by having brainless lifeforms undergo an accelerated lifecycle in a controlled environment (growth vats) until they reach a specified size, at which point they are removed from the vat and euthanized. Some plating would include reflective layers to better sustain laser damage while incorporating shock-dissipation microstructures. A bit like those ceramic armors from Disco Elysium.

Slightly more advanced body armor would be more fit to be called "power armor", and be designed to be worn while the lifeform is still "alive". In these, the plates include in-line muscles and power storage to vastly increase the effective strength of the user and allow the use of much heavier armor, and the osteoblasts of the surface of the armor may have reactive clusters able to detect and react to incoming projectiles and blow them up before impact.

Living armor of this type would also have self-repair capability, including regeneration of the reactive cells, and the ability to provide emergency care to the user, including hemorrhage stemming, bone-straightening, blood transfusion, disinfection, and immune system support. These armors will usually be powered using synfuel.

Standard police forces could expect to be equipped with a low-profile version of the "dead" type of exoskeletal armor. Police forces in particularly dangerous areas, or the equivalent to SWAT or federal agents would likely wear more full-featured living armor.

I have to rig a Talk convo to spawn her Lunaitos once I initiate a Talk to Luna if she's deployed. This is not vanilla mechanics, this is from a revamp romhack of Roy's game calleed Project Ember. In that mod, if you talked to a certain grizzled general if you have em deployed, he calls his buddies out.

i imagine the HoloNiJo police to be some mix of Jin Roh, Robocop, and Judge Dredd aesthetics with a healthy mix of corruption and underfunding.
There are plenty of chuubas that play around with police or law enforcement. I can see Subatomo, Luknights, Deadbeats, Teamates, maybe Ruffians too as k9 units. I wonder if the police force would be privatized so you have a Shadowrun esque situation with multiple competing police forces of varying quality.

Ohh, I could easily see them have some things they're better at than other departments.
The subatomo would be the best keeping the peace, civilian relations, crime prevention you things that are actually important for cops to do. Luknights are the best for saving civilians in tense situations, hostage negociations, bank robberies. Deadbeats are best for just storming a place and shooting up whatever's in it, and hopefully there isn't too much collateral. Obviously Teamates have the top tier investigative department, and Ruffians round it out with amazing search and rescue teams for all the many poorly regulated skyscrapers falling apart all over the place.

The big question is if they'd designate themselves as different departments under one law enforcement body to maximize their specific skillsets or if they'd break up into different law enforcement bodies and just rent a cop from Watson Investigations when they're stumped on an issue. Luknights and Deadbeats could probably operate together as an armored up swat team armed with heavy weaponry like the wolf brigade while Teamates and Ruffians sound like a hyper competent marshall agency that tracks down criminals and is particularly hard to get off your trail.
