In fairness, from what we can see publicly the branch isn't in good hands. Its a stale topic but its worth repeating just because of the scale of a fuck up it was, but they announced and then canceled AR FES within the span of a week. It never once occurred to management the logistics of fast-tracking a bunch of 3D models for nearly the entirety of the EN branch, nevermind flying everyone out to Japan to record a concert. It almost felt like it was done because of corporate espionage, like they somehow caught wind of Connect the World and wanted to one-up it and beat Cover to the punch.
Plus Selen already organized large scale events to an extent in the past like the international Puyo Puyo Tetris tournament, the WWE EN stream earlier this year, hell she even outright HELPED secure perms in the past like Payday 2. She's almost capable enough of being a manager in the company, and with how management basically shut her out of ever doing tournaments/events ever again, it's easy to see why she's incredibly distrustful of them.
