Considering how very much bad press NijiEN got for shadow suspensions bring revealed as a real thing, I doubt cover is that stupid to actually do one themselves now and make it so obvious, when it has been pretty loudly proclaimed band assumed that they don't do black company shenanigans like this and they stand to wave that as a major good point for them over Niji.

Thing is it has been so long, and the circumstances of what the fuck happened still being gag-ordered into silence across both the boys and girls, this is more than a suspension, it is basically a hiatus now. I think, every announced suspension we know of has been like 1 or 2 weeks. Not almost a month and a half and not even letting up for the fucking first year anniversary. It would have been greatly to Cover's beenfit both monetarily for merch and for maintaining the image of the StarsEN branch to have vesper/mag back in time for the anniversary. Instead it is pure radio silence and Magni has simply resumed his non-vtuber activities totally unable to explain what is up.

We can be certain this does not look friendly in nature at this point, aka I think the legal IP suit rrat has no legs to it because (besides the fact Magni's model did not get changed out for a new artist, just improved) if Cover was not mad about something the guys did, then they would at the very fucking least have by now cleared the air that no it was not the boys themselves but something else external being addressed. They had over a month to do this anywhere on any communication way or through any EN chuuba but have not. We know they don't like it when there is a major surge ragging on a talent as they have come out in defense of both Rushia (shortly before firing) and Kronii. If they thought people thinking they got fired was a harmful thing they would have clarified thks assumption was wrong. So it looks like, it IS their fault and Cover is mad about it and doesn't care if you drag those guys' names through the mud. If they weren't fired they are probably on leashes so short and frail they will get fired for something else not long after coming back, which would basically be them in probation from the feel of it.
