Azki is the obvious choice for JP, but there are a few other interesting potential correct answers. I think to make JP competitive you'd have to restrict it to the most mentally stable who is also fully dedicated to Hololive. It's very easy to imagine a lot of the hags in HoloJP as stable because they clearly have entire lives going on and streaming is more of a hobby.

EN doesn't have any mentally stable members by refusing to hire hags. I don't think ID has any actual mental stability either but it's really hard to see someone like Anya as mentally unstable but she's probably secretly insane.
