I am a ruffian and it is sickening and tiring observing the absolute destruction of Nijisanji's integrity, reputation and content. There are clearly bad actors both in both their chuuba cast and their kuro management. Selen and Pomu are both at their wit's end. How do we save them? They didn't deserve this.

We need something like Hololive 2 which will be a less-shilled branch of the original Hololive Classic that can serve as asylum for chuubas who were screwed over by their black companies
Cover will cover any legal costs incurred by chuubas who pull out of their contracts early and buy their live2D or fully fund a new model and basically send them on their way. They won't get huge fanfare or really be considered part of the main branch but it'll at least be an alternative to remaining in Kurosanji or waiting years and hoping you pass EN auditions.

Nobody forced them to join a black company. Nobody is forcing them to renew their contracts instead of just peacing out and enjoying comfy indie life (and that's at worst case scenario, more than likely Vpoachjo would try to get them).
