Depends on how much weight you put on the part of a lie having to be intentionally deceitful. I don't think the definition of lying has changed, rather people taking offhand comments as facts or promises is the real issue. We knew she was gonna be there tonight so saying she won't stream it, then putting up a frame doesn't hurt anyone. If she specifically told us "no stream sunday im really really busy" then did a stream on that specified sunday I'd say I don't think she was trying to be malicious but it's still really shitty to do to the fans that would have made plans or decided to sleep instead of staying up all night. It's all about the context and the outcome, which people tend to ignore these days.
