Do you know that in Japan, if you can someone for underperformance, YOU get sued? It reflects extremely badly on you, as an employer, that you cannot train up or allocated your employee in such a way that it befits their capabilities. Not only that, it also means that either you are such a shitty manager that you need to fire someone to keep from going into the red, or that you are a money-grubbing little shit incompetent enough to use firing as a management tool. I hated her second model and it turned me off watching her when it was the only one she was using. It felt like she was trying too hard to hagify herself.
