Pretty much, yeah. Plus it's got them big fancy RGB buttons, so you know it HAS to be good for streamers, right?!?!
Seriously though, there's not much difference when it comes to the basic functionality (taking audio input, metering, basic shaping), and arguably in the pure audio department those streamer decks have even less functionality than an actual console interface, but then again, you (or rather Kiara) doesn't need most of them anyway.
The integrated software could be nice or could be garbage, I don't know how Rode stacks up in that department specifically. Well, we've seen with the GoXLR already how much BAD software can be a detriment. And yeah it can be handy to have programmable buttons so you can set personal stuff like scene transitions or sound stingers etc to it, but that's kind of the only feature benefit of these overpriced marketed "integrated stream deck" devices, and kind of a ripoff for people who don't know any better, because you're paying at least two hundred dollars extra for functionality that you could have with a basic console interface and an additional button pad or touchpad for much cheaper.

Seriously though, even with a charitable explanation, Kiara is not an audiophile and doesn't really know what all those fancy scary intimidating buttons and sliders do, she doesn't have much personal interest in audio quality besides "sounds good" and "doesn't sound good", but probably couldn't articulate it much further than that. So she simply goes the quick route of least resistance first and simply copies the settings of other people she (mis)places her trust in this issue.
And even if she tried, it's not like she has good output devices to monitor her sound anyway, remember she's the kind of person (also called "a woman") who buys shit like pink cat ear headphones which have terrible audio quality "but they look so cuuuute, that's obviously more important!"
And to be fair, much of her audio issues don't even come from bad equipment but from basic bad practices she still fails after years of being a streamer - she sits too close to the mic, almost eating it, and doesn't use a pop filter.

So with her it's mainly the ease of use. Nothing about hearing your own voice (which you can also do with basically any other audio interface anyway), because dyrb that Kiara ever did some proper setup, metering and mixing? Her "expensive microphone" is the SM7b, which just uses a basic common XLR connector, again something that pretty much every audio interface can handle. Doesn't even need phantom power, technically.
She did also use a cloudlifter mic amplifier device earlier in her career, when she was still in Japan iirc, but I don't remember with what other mic and why, for example if it was still with the broken one Mori loaned her, or because her "mic was too quiet" and other people (who barely know more than her) have told her the cloudlifter would fix it but then it wasn't even that things' fault.
