Otherwise, I was an early proponent of the NDA breach theory, that they had told someone at the con about behind the scenes things at Holostars EN and somehow got caught. The only reason I could come up with for why they're not terminated like a certain green haired necromancer is that there is a degree of uncertainty as to what was leaked since it was done verbally and not recorded (with Rushia it seemed like they had her dead to rights with material evidence). I also think there's varying degrees of severity for NDA breaches, technically anyone who tells their parents/close friends that they made it into hololive has breached NDA but they are never terminated for it.

They could be keeping the boys suspended until Cover can take appropriate legal action to prevent whatever was leaked from being spread, I dunno. I'm not convinced they're delaying terminations for the sake of Advent so I think they'll be back eventually.

Japanese corpos are extremely strict on contract rules. Holostars management was usually more lenient but hololive management had several radio silent "health breaks" that went on for months. Ina said that she didn't like revealing outfits and in her next stream announced a health break. Her only statement was that she would return within 5 months. Laplus missed a holoX collab and needed a 3 month health break. Considering past history Vesper and Magni could gone for a few months but suddenly return with a vague excuse.
