How much better off would Nijisanji be if it narrowed its scope and focused more on its talents? Could quality management fix a problem this systemic or is it too late?

It would no longer be Nijisanji.

You're implying that Nijisanji's black company-tier management is part of Nijisanji's identity?

Nijisanji gets ahead of its competitors by being scummy. They wouldn't be as competitive if everyone plays on the same rules.

Damn anon, you have been making new thread every hour, remember to take a break and take care of yourself

It's not sustainable. If Nijisanji was a bank then sure, they could survive by pandering to the shareholders and fucking the costumers with predatory market decisions. But Nijisanji needs its fans to love its talents or else they'll fail.

You don't understand.
Nijisanji pays content creators for positive PR. Bribes react streamers to give them views. Buys clippers of other groups to work for them. Bribes people with gift cards to shit on rival's fanbase. Has websites on the payroll that only report good things for them and shit talks other groups. Suspected for using bots. And many other underhanded schemes to get ahead of its competitors.
Of course, they'll also fuck their own people over. We have witnessed them time and time again throwing their talents under the bus.
A Nijisanji that treats its talents and fans out of good will is not Nijisanji at all.

It sounds like the weevils are in the floorboards. Nijisanji needs to die. Maybe what rises from its ashes will be better.

Then prove me wrong.
Nijisanji copied UUUM's business model.
It's like a TV channel. If a show doesn't succeed, it gets shitcanned. Fans are conditioned to support the channel, not the individual shows.
Their fans support Nijisanji and watch their programs. They don't give a fuck about the talents because they are easily replaceable.

Niji CN, Niji TW, Niji IN, Niji ID, Niji KR, Yumenographia, VTA all got shitcanned.
>Fans are conditioned to support the channel, not the individual shows. Post some examples.
Just look at your containment thread.

They would have to fire like 100 of their livers if they were going to do that. There's simply too many people to try and build a cohesive brand around the way things are being done now and you can't take a walmart-esque approach to streaming because personality and parasocial relationships are so integral to it.
