If anyone knows how companies in Japan can operate because of the strict labor laws they know it's hard for companies to actually fire you. So cover after receiving demands of a better contract cover has decided to Oidashibeya them knowing that if they fire them outright will make their supporters call them a black company. They probably told them they agreed to the new contracts but with a stricter NDA and they are not to post or use corporate accounts. I think they are going to wait until they voulentary quite so that cover can look like the good guys. They probably are still being payed but no more than the base salary so probably not enough to cover their living expenses

Yeah I don't think either one is a good chunk of change for cover if they suddenly disappear. But I can see how if they are fired or mistreated that thier firing and ensuing backlash will be more costly than what little money they bring in.
