How I used to do it was using the streamable clipping tool https://streamable.com/clipper then downloading the clip, and splitting the audio and video with ffmpeg. You can put the audio and image into the player and it'll upload the sound to catbox and generate the title on it's own from there. Only downside is you're only gonna get full screen clips doing that, not the zoom in on her
