I can imagine that "women who are good at games" are very much wanted by Hololive because they created the "Horizontal" brand.
And it may be Omega's idea, but HoloEN is a worse gamer than HoloJP (e.g. Mario Kart competitions).
If Seren wanted to get into the holo now, she'd get a shot.
There are 3 ways to get into holo: "audition", "management scout", and "recommendation by holomen".
With the current demand for "women who are good at games" in Holo and the expected recommendations from Ollie, Axel, and others, there is no way Seren would be rejected.
With a quality model like Sioli, Seren would be convinced by the new model.

A "woman who is better at games than men" may not be favored at nijisanji, but at Hololive, it's treated as a superlative.
She will be revered by the holo-men and holo-oshi with the highest rating as a "queen.
