Goth is also a wide spectrum. The music goth novellites were mostly bummed out by the first karaoke, but there's lots of time to explore that.

In my opinion, the insecurity from GFEfans is coming from how she talked too much about her very specific taste in guy. It's one thing to bring up the type of dude she's attracted to because everyone has a sort of ideal abstraction of what their perfect guy is. Even married couples who are otherwise perfect may not look like exactly how they'd want to look. The problem is she would also bring up how certain anime boys are "not her type", ie nu-Ike or Guts, which causes people to self reflect more on their inadequacy and parts of their phenotype that she wouldn't find attractive. That is a much bigger filter. I still love her and I'm still going to support her regardless of what she does in the future but it did genuinely sting with her mentioning how she wasn't attracted to my body type.

I'm not high maintenance at all. I already knew how she was going to be and how she was going to act during streams. She's what I didn't know I needed in Hololive. She genuinely does enjoy chat interaction so her once in a while "I love you" or kiss is great because she doesn't over play that hand but is genuine since her more meaningful interactions (Besides with IRL friends/family when she does go out) are online. I also love that her encouragement for bettering ones self doesn't come from a place of pretentiousness, it feels warm and caring. Like "Take care of yourself you dummy! We can both be better!". I personally love it and it's enough for me and I will continue to improve and gain some personal hope for the future since everything else is fucked. Starting small and working up from there will be a wonderful thing to accomplish. Like acquiring a tight knit group to rely on IRL after physically improving is my first step.
