I couldn't watch this until now and I don't know if you're still lurking in this thread too or will see it tomorrow or whatever, but I'll give my two cents anyway. These are extremely minor nitpicks but I'd rather give that then just saying "good video keep it up :)" when someone's actively looking for criticism.
Firstly you need to either have every section get the header treatment or give your script another once-over to create smooth enough transitions that an explicit header won't feel necessary. Only having some get that treatment feels rather awkward, like the video's jumping all over the place. Either way adding timestamps in the description so people can jump to specific parts of the video and having a title card after your introduction and before the meat of the video (even if it's just repeating the video's title) are also useful.
For some other things, personally speaking I'd probably go for white instead of yellow on the subtitles. And to reiterate something another anon mentioned, having some background music will go a long way. And you should probably post a link and let people know about it on twitter since I know I saw someone asking in another thread what you've been up to.
I think you've got a good niche going with the focus on LatAM stuff for an English audience, and I liked the video a lot. Learned some interesting new things from it. Don't be afraid to look at other lost media youtube channels (I don't feel like naming names but I'm assuming you follow or at least know of some of the larger ones) and try to see what works for them. Of course it's important to keep your own style, but every artist subconsciously borrows from what inspires them to some degree and there's no reason that wouldn't be true of video editing as well.

But genuine criticism, I don't like the voice but that's my personal bias. In more objective terms, don't speak so softly. You do not naturally have an uber soft voice so it's clear you're trying to alter your voice in a way that isn't natural and that gives off clear signs your not confident in what you're doing. Here's some advice I got for public speaking, smile when you speak. For whatever reason, it makes you speak more clearly and you feel more confident.

Its worth mentioning that if you're planning to embark on a 50 stream epic of some esoteric jrpg you probably WILL lose your audience, but the number of channels I can point you at right now that have spent months playing literally one game and nothing else but that one game (unless broken up by ASMR/Chatting/Collabs/etc) and have inclined and retained. If you want to do long content, expect that long content to be your brand and do something with it. If you just want to meander around in a jrpg for a long time you need to 1) expect that people joining in the middle are potentially going to feel late to the party and skip and 2) do something to engage the audience with your progress, including off-stream content.

Any competitive FPS, and LoL if you aren't a highly skilled or pro player. FF14 or any mmo unless it's your regular game and you play it on stream everyday to party with viewers and regulars. Any grand strategy game period. VNs are a no go unless you're doing your first vtuber meme run of Doki Doki Literature club. Point and click games are a pretty hard sell. JRPGs are also kinda DoA unless you already have an audience and people want to see your reaction to cutscenes.
That's all I can really think of offhand, I'm probably missing some. My opinion is that it's better to choose games that you can easily talk during, unless your goal is to specifically show your skill. If you have any games you can autopilot through, then they're probably a good choice. Also consistency helps. The biggest debuff is being nervous or lacking confidence during stream.
The second biggest debuff is not engaging enough, or well enough, with your community/viewers on discord.
The third biggest debuff is failing to network meaningfully with other streamers.

I'll never fault anyone for failing at the latter two. Your skills and stream presence will naturally progress as yhou get more experience, but interacting well with others on your off time is actually exhausting and takes the most work.

The extra frustrating part is that the inspector shows everything fine late in the night when I can usually test. I still may be biased coming from the position of someone who, from my understanding has done relatively well starting from nothing, but I believe that if you're genuinely staying at a very very low view count, it must partially be due to some issues. I've been doing my best to advertise myself anywhere that seems remotely applicable that I find, I think that's an important key to success. Another is definitely game choice. As much as I would love to play esoteric no name Japanese only RPG maker games on stream or to play a 200 hour long JRPG on stream, I know I can't currently get away with that. I fumbled that up for a bit for sure trying to stream a LTTP romhack that isn't super well known a while back but that's exactly what kept me from jumping back into similar stuff or lesser known games I might wanna play a bit more. You have to have a feel for trends and know what games are currently popular and might get more viewers just by interest in an overall series, for example. The other can come stuff to technical issues like I'm currently experiencing, which is actually causing my viewership to drop pretty hard compared to before I saw these issues regularly. I know something as small as audio trouble and video trouble can quickly drive away an otherwise interested viewer and the super frustrating part is that no one wants to seem rude or mean so most people don't want to point out problems, which makes me wanna scream at times as a streamer. I believe another important factor that drives viewership is personality and engagement. I try my best to always remember everyone's names and when they last visited, what they last talked about, if they said they were gonna go on vacation or whatever, because all of my viewers are real people with their own hopes and dreams and they're kind enough to spend their limited time watching me. I've consistently found through the years that positivity and trying to uplift others around you is the easiest way to win friends, I run another very successful community totally independent of my VTubing and I feel that I've carried a lot of experience over from there that's helped me a lot with people. Ultimately I think it's unfair to judge everyone by the same metrics though because everyone's circumstances are different and someone that likes one person might not necessarily like another and vice versa.

I’ve seen an anime reaction channel on YouTube with 120k viewers and 2k patrons on Patreon. Their individual members get like 12 CCV on their Twitch streams. Seems kinda pointless to even bother with Twitch at the point. If they already have that kind of following and they’ve already monetized their hobby, what do they gain from streaming on Twitch at that point if 12 CCV is all it’s getting you? Might as well spend that time and energy making another YouTube reaction video.
