You should probably fix this.
Other than that, this is a pretty rushed out smut fic. While there really isn't any hard minimum word count to make a smut fic I think you should have spent more time on the actual smut trying to make it erotic.
I get that you're a begginer but I'm going to say it, this fic isn't that hot. You're writing is in the right direction but you need to work on two key things. The first is setting the mood, while the smut you have written in this fic does look technically competent, it's not going to give boners if you can't arouse the reader and get them in the mood. The second is length, it's just too short. Even if someone was already horny enough before reading the length isn't enough to make anyone nut to this.

I basically narrowed in on the part with Ayame, and I think you could have done a little more to show WHAT anon's thoughts were that the oni was getting a read on. We go from conjuring an apple to her revealing part of her gift when the thoughts she was teasing anon for were back before that event. It might help if you expressed Anon's wandering thoughts more. It would also go a long way in explaining the sudden need to act on those urges shortly after. Since, with how the story has played out so far, it's kinda out left field that he just decides to get down with Ayame. That said, since there wasn't really an expectant build up, the smut itself being super short isn't a huge shortcoming. Though with how the chapter ends, I'm not exactly sure why it even transpired like that in the first place. Unless you plan to build off that with Ayame later, but as a guard, she's just been regaled to sitting at the castle.

I did explain it a bit confusingly. Initially I was going to make it so that she could make imagination become reality but that's way to busted so I scrapped it in favor of this. I wish I would've thought of what you suggested, that would've been far better way of illustrating it, though I can always elaborate on it further in a way less confusing.

It'll be elaborated on further as we go, this is going to be an important plot coming into the climax. If you want a of a spoiler/explanation on the theme I'm trying to get at she acts this way because she's afraid of change and of letting people in. Her standing guard all the time is a juxtaposition for her mental state, at least that's what I'm trying to get at.

So a trend I've noticed with your writing is that you tend to not describe the full picture that is in your head. You are THINKING about those things that make the scene make sense and mesh together nicely, but they are either given to the reader with a one liner or not at all. I know it's difficult to do, but when you have your chapter written you need to try reading through it from top to bottom as if you have fresh eyes for it. Take the words at their face value and see if they depict the things they need to. As for Ayame's general theme. I wasn't thinking about any sort of theme for her since the way characters come and go and are generally the chuubas in name and appearance only, it doesn't encourage me to think they will have an overarching theme or even development. For that kinda thing you need to make use of subtle foreshadowing. A prior conversation that hints that Ayame being included or something like that.
Also the thing you mentioned earlier about the boobs getting bigger via their ascension, how huge are botan's now? Those kinda mountains would make it impossible to run the way she does.
I think you could have just gone with how Ayame's tits were perky and got the same feeling of enticement across. The larger boobs on her itty bitty frame aren't even referenced during the sex anyway.

I try to write chuubas as close to character as I can but it's difficult to balance vision with personality. I find myself actually rather frustrated writing adventure stories with them since a lot of them aren't fit to be villains or often have personalities that don't quite gel with what I want to write, ayame being one such example. A friend told me that the one of the most important factors to a decent fantasy story is the descriptors and the setting. Since it takes place in a world not like our own, we as writers need to clearly paint that picture for the reader. I think where some of your difficulty may lie is that you present these power elements in a very rapid fire fashion. Ayame's gift for example, a way to do that more gracefully would have been to make a small off handed remark by her back during one of the previous times she and anon interacted, just to give the reader an idea of what the oni capable of.

Little things like that in combination to Anon's own reaction to them can better paint that picture, while at the same time, not having the reader have to process it all at once, since there was a lot to juggle with that small interaction you wrote.
As far as characters go, I can't speak a ton to what the real ayame is like since I haven't looked into her a whole lot yet, but regardless of that, it's always a challenge to achieve that balance of staying true to character, and how they would be because of their upbringing and situations. I'm honestly not sure how well I achieve this balance myself. I tried to focus on showcasing key aspects of each chuuba's personality and letting them grow more into some of those traits as the story goes on. Like despite Watame's shitty situation she was dealt since she was a small sheep, she retained this naturally bright optimism that is actually close in line with how the actual one approaches her life, despite her own hardships.
There are a lot of liberties you can take if you spend the time to set up the background and prior experiences. HoloX is a good example of this and the direction I'm taking them in. I hope that kinda makes sense and helps you out a little. You can keep improving, not even the skies the limit.

The setting is cool, I've always enjoyed the common-place aliens Star Trek kind of thing. I think the en media res opening is super unnecessary, and just makes half of the fic in italics for no reason. An expanded focus on the drudgery of being on the space ship would also have helped get Anon's desire to leave and explore across better, and the whole pirate attack doesn't really seem to have much urgency to it at all because Anon and Jerry go from being separated from everyone when the attack starts to finding Miko completely fine and unharmed in literally one sentence. Don't force it. One of the single most important things I've learned as a writer is to not force the inspiration. It always comes and if you do it before it makes for sloppy work.

I always find that consuming media, be it TV, games, manga or a book helps. I got inspiration yesterday for the Ayame-Anon thing from fucking Fruits Basket of all things lol. You always find it where you least expect it.

I never even thought about it in that light. I guess what's more important that it being 100% without fail exactly like the character is that her core remains true to character. Despite the situation, Watame is very kind at heart. If I were to write the twins in a similar situation, the most important thing to never change is their bond and the banter they have as siblings, even though they would act far different in a world like Balsa. Honestly that is a brilliant way to see it because I've always had a huge, huge struggle with trying to balance character accuracy with the tone of the plot.

Your prose is kind of thing when it comes to describing actions. It's kind of hard not to notice when you kind of shove as much action/movements as you can into a single paragraph.
As for the fic as a whole. It's kind of extremely mediocre. I can't really say anything bad about it other than the weird way you write actions, but I also can't really say anything in praise.

It expanded from a single worldbuilding project to open worldbuilding, lore, fangames etc. to keep itself alive. As far as I can tell, all the hype around the initial setting died out once the few autists who still had an idea what was going on had done all they were excited about. It's hard to get new people to stay around when you've decided all the most interesting things already, established a lot of boundaries that anyone joining later just has to accept, and there's no discernable goal to work towards.
The latter is the big problem of all pure "worldbuilding" projects - there's no finishable product like a story or a game to work towards, so it just keeps going until it collapses under its own weight.
