Just look at Bea's Twitter, it's the same small group of people replying to every post and striking up conversations that it has been for a couple months

I don't know if she cares about numbers anymore, but I do think she is quite dedicated to her fanbase. She puts a lot of passion and effort in her art, in making her new model perfect and community contests. If new people want a traditional game streamer than her random tangents will probably be too bizarre for them, but being eccentric is what makes her unique and charming for many.

You don't have to have the complete background knowledge about everything in order to enjoy the streams. Also most of the memes happen on stream, or at least get repeated and expanded on there.

Don't get me wrong, she's definitely putting a lot of effort into this. Let's take the last Passpartout stream as an example. "Remote Kid" was the focus of the stream for a significant amount of time. What is the likelihood that someone stumbling upon the stream for the first time is going to have a good impression of her channel when a significant amount of time is devoted to drawing someone they don't care about?
Also, while I'll grant you that the community is closer than ever, there's something to be said about how there doesn't seem to be a common goal among dads other than vie for Beatani's attention. The only exception to this are clipdads, and even then Beatani has said she doesn't understand why they're trying to help her reach out to more people.
