The moment Monoe was fired from voms, the whole thing was on life support (Pikamee being the life and the support).
The appeal of voms was it being a non-corpo collective of friends. The firing pretty much put an end to that unique identity.
Gyari now appeared as a corpo boss and Pikamee/Tomo were just working for him. It didn't matter if this was true or not: the dynamic changed to the eyes of the audience.
The two new voms members couldn't change that. Nobody cared about "voms" as a unit. People cared about Pikamee because she was Pikamee, and voms because they seemed to be Pika's friends.
Pikamee leaves, voms died. /voms/ started to prevent Pikamee talks, /voms/ died.
