You can easily interact with Lumi during zatsu, just comment on whatever tangent she's on. If a comment is interesting and fits her trail of thoughts, she reads it. Same principles as in small talks.

Interacting with the community is a different matter. At least half of her active chatters are somewhat old members of her discord community. Surprisingly, her own discord isn't a cult of personality. Lumi doesn't interact with it that much, so there's little hope of catching her in threads/VC. Thus, the general culture is 4chin-lite with guys just hanging out, playing games, and occasionally shitposting about Lumi and Co.
