It is true that the brand is what matters to zoomers though. That's not just for vtubing but also for movies and games just as much or even more. They're fans of brands and IP rather than creators. They would hate any current vtuber that is not in Hololive but love them when they get into EN4. They don't even realize or acknowledge that people that will be in EN4 currently exist and are content creators. But in reality you have to wonder how this warps how talents regard fans when they do get hired by a big copro, because they're not as stupid and they realize their current fans were their past haters.
