I think there's three different kinds of people here.
First we have the one who simply love vtubers, often found in his oshi's general, he'll venture outside it to post in meme threads and he'll create collab threads whenever there's a collab.

Then we have the sports fan who loves to pit streamers against each other and talk shit. And third we have the meta guy who loves drama and if there's no drama going on he'll make it up.
There's a lot of crossover in the last two and they often spill over from the global chat room and creates number and drama threads.

Then last, we have the showshitter, he will only show up whenever he catch a stream and shitpost wherever he feels fit. I didn't include this one because I don't consider showshitters to be people.
