Consider for a moment that they have to make their own lore. New hires get handed a random character design and have to piece them all together into some sort of cohesive group. And then they pay out of pocket to commission everything going into their debuts. Oh and there's good odds that you have been signed with the company for longer than your manager has.

It's honestly no wonder you have people joining who unironically think Bandage is a good name for their character. Anybody sane is staying well away from the Niji brand at this point. I'd feel bad for these guys, but by now everyone knows what they are signing up for when they join. I guess it's still unfortunate that they were in a position where this seemed like a good move for them.

Iluna-Xsoleil auditions were in the first quarter of 2022, Krisis auditions were in mid-2022. It was peak of NijiEN numbers-wise. I think of people hired in that period only Maria has been applying since before Luxiem attracted chink sisters.

Assuming anything happened in the first place.

Krisis was literally sent to die with no hype, no flair and no one who cares. Kurokara just shat out the talents when the leaks came out cause they didn't want to risk losing the hype and management left them it in the desert with nothing on but the fact that they were just already partially set to run anyways.

Doesn't help that their talents are dropping like flies, with their notable names like Mysta and Nina leaving (and worse if that Selen rumor is actually a real rrat). That stream of graduations is practically killing any hype Krisis builds cause the normie twitter crowd would be too busy crying about the graduation to look at Krisis' direction.

The worst part is how they already have another wave ready according to the Krisis/graduations leaker. Anycolor does not see anything wrong in their model and even if their talents are leaving in mass they'll keep doing the same thing because their entire model is based around having an army of vtubers to sell low quality merch while giving an absurdly predatory cut to what was supposed to be the faces of the company. Shit is completely abhorrent and even if you'll be more popular with the rainbow pacman stamped on your head than being an indie people are finally starting to question if it's really that worth considering all the other bullshit you have to deal with starting with Anycolor's gross mismanagement.
