Yes, I am absurdly biased and have weird idiosyncratic taste but those are the ones whose music I have on my phone and play all the time (in addition to whole group tracks like the Our Bright Parade.) Korosan's rendition of Asa Gohan live in my head and I find myself humming it every morning while making breakfast.

There is no one measure and it is a subjective thing based on personal taste. For me Watame and Mumei don’t have that WOW factor even though they are good. Mumei has potential but it feels like it hasn’t been realized and even then idk if she would be top 5 and Watame has consistency but her singing feels very boring in comparison to everyone commonly put in the top 5. Watame also has to compete with both Kanata and Towa as competition in her own gen. I think both Mumei and Watame could maybe sneak into top 10 lists, but top 5 is a little high for me.
