I've been saying for the past year and a half that /vt/ needs the /v/ treatment. Make a new board for generals and splits, let people who want to shitpost, anti and doxx continue doing so on here. This entire board is far too fast and poorly moderated to be run well. Why does she beat herself up so much? Ame's lack of self confidence is the thing I I wish I could help her fix the most. This kind of mental block only comes from a childhood with parents that never paid attention to your hobbies and constantly told you that you'll never amount to anything.

I just mean that the new gen seems to be made up largely of genuinely interesting personalities who don't have any particularly annoying traits that challenge the group's cohesion/chemistry as a whole. Ame is my oshi so I obviously like and am appreciative of Myth to a large extent, but they were still the first attempt at an English Hololive gen so there's going to be some friction just being the first generation. For example, I'm sure Ina is a nice enough person if you get to know her personally, but maybe casting her as a professional entertainer isn't as good a choice as someone like Bijou. These are the kind of things that can basically only be figured out through trial and error, though, so it's completely understandable and I'm not trying to insult or degrade anyone.

This is what sucks the most for me. It's so difficult to watch streams in recent months because they're so late. One of the reasons I got into watching Ame in the first place is because started at a suitable time compared to Gura. Now it's sometimes 5 hours later which is nuts for some timezones.
